With a pretty well rounded knowledge, I`ll guide you along the way following your personal goals. In order to do so it is my daily routine to study and work out to be switched on and in tip-top shape. During my personal studys I find new insights, peace and exercises wich I do incorporate in the weekly sessions. Living years and years in boxing and sports, I discovered new ways to come through with loads of expression and less words.
David Spring (12.06.1980), trained as a social education worker (Technical College), youth coach (Swiss Boxing Association) , masseur (SANAVIT), walking trainer (VDNOWAS), studied basics in pedagogy of movement (IFB) and has been engaged as a licensed olympic boxer, boxing and personal trainer.
Over the past years, he has gained experience in the professional accompaniment of young people and adults with special needs and / or a disability. His preferential professional fields are empowerment systems and integrative educational science.
