Classes and teams learn to become more aware of themselves through exercise. You learn how to recognize your potential and limits and share the moment together. Topics such as selfawareness, closeness and distance, respect, cover and active tolerance can be embraced and experienced individually and in groups.
These sessions are under professional supervision.
The individual and partner exercises from the boxing training sessions are perfectly suited to extend the attention span and help you transform sensitive issues, emotions and experiences into motion, to express them and in this way to deal with them.
This helps to create orientation, new perspectives and learning / thinking patterns. We also heavily focus on our (body)language.
The confrontation with the heavy bag serves the participants physicly and can be used for reflection and as a balance to everyday life. The focus is on physical and mental training and their interrelationships; breathing, positioning, control, trust and letting go.
